We're currently working with a UK property services company to replace a retired job management system with an AI assisted admin layer, built on top of the inventory platform the team already relies on.
The work covers consulting on process and data ownership, designing how the team will use the new system, and planning the automation around permissions and UK GDPR.

Can we just have the consulting, without a build?
Yes. Some agencies want a clear plan they can take forward themselves. Others want us to build it too. Both work.
Do you design the tools as well as automate them?

Do we need new software?
Usually not. We start with the tools you already pay for and connect them properly. If something genuinely needs replacing, we'll tell you why.
